Civil Engineering Crowned Champions of Inter-Departmental Volleyball Boys Tournament 2026 🏆🏐

The Civil Engineering Department emerged as the champion of the Inter-Departmental Volleyball Boys Tournament 2026, organized by the Directorate of Sports, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro.

A total of 22 teams from various departments participated in the tournament, which was held at the MUET Gymnasium on a single knock-out basis.

In the final match, Civil Engineering Department defeated Mining Engineering Department by 2–0, securing the championship trophy, while Mining Engineering finished as the runner-up.

The prize distribution ceremony was graced by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Tauha Hussain Ali, and Registrar, Prof. Dr. Nasrullah Pirzada, who distributed trophies and cash prizes among the winning and runner-up teams.

The event provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their sporting talent while promoting healthy competition, teamwork and stronger inter-departmental relations.
